Dandara Living are seeking a Building Compliance Administrator to assist in the management of the compliance documentation across the company's portfolio of buildings. Reporting directly to the Head of Health and Safety, the candidate will be required to have an analytical and pragmatic approach to document administration with an eye for detail and manage the document control elements of the business. The Role will be predominantly working with the wider team to find, collate and manage information and documentation in line with the residential building compliance and building safety act requirements. Ideally the candidate will have some knowledge on document control process, but support and training can be provided. What you will do Day-to-day management of building compliance documentation across the company. Quality Assurance checking of all documented information to ensure that it is correct and current. To proactively contact internal and external parties for relevant inspection and other documentation. To collaborate with the building compliance managers on the building safety case applications and assist to the sourcing and archiving of specific documentation. To manage the internal Administration systems for the relevant business unit such as quooda to ensure that all buildings are compliant. Assist in the collation and presentation of Monthly KPIS to the senior management team. To assist the GMs and any other interested parties in document compliance activities and provided information where required to the relevant 3rd parties. What you will have You will ideally have experience of using and managing document management systems Asite knowledge is preferred but not essential. You will possess a methodical approach to work combined with an attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Essential knowledge of Microsoft Office.
