Responsibilities
Set up and manage a range of sustainable Healthy Communities projects/programmes that deliver measurable impact for the community for a local contract area. With a focus on tackling health inequalities, work collaboratively with the Area Healthy Communities manager to create, implement, and review the (contract/site) Healthy Communities plan reflecting the needs of the local communities.

Requirements / About you
You will be an active member of key health and wellbeing partner groups related to Active Partnerships, the NHS, the Local Authority, VCSE etc. We are looking for someone who has multiple qualifications in a range of disciplines such as: Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Exercise Referral, Level 4 Gym, Level 2 NGB Coaching, Bachelor's Degree, Master's or equivalent experience.
