What the role involves
* Maximise profitability, drive operational excellence and develop continuous improvement strategies for production
* Lead the application of our high quality, legal and safety standards across all production and operation areas
* Develop and lead a high performing team to ensure the highest standards are delivered and provide guidance and coaching for those responsible for the day-to-day production operations.
* Prioritise our guiding principles of Value, Quality, People, and Innovation
* Work collaboratively with support functions to ensure the effective running of the production areas
What you will need
* Production management experience within FMCG environment
* People leadership and management skills
* Resilience, tenacity, passion and energy
* Flexibility with working hours when needed to manage the factory effectively
