Role
Older People’s Medicine Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW). The role involves providing high standards of individualised personal care to patients as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, nutrition, wound care, mobility and infection control; monitoring and recording vital signs; supporting patients with toileting and hygiene needs; and maintaining accurate documentation.
About Older People’s Medicine (OPM)
OPM provides healthcare for patients assessed as frail. Key care pathways include management of hip fractures, dementia care, end-of-life care, and treatment of acute and long-term conditions. OPM is divided across four wards: Earsham, Dunston, Elsing, and Brundall. Eligibility and Visa

* You must work a minimum of 36 hours per week and be placed at the top of the Agenda for Change Band 3 pay point to meet current Home Office UKVI salary threshold requirements.
