Our dream Kitchen Managers are / have:
* Friendly, nice people who take their work seriously
* At least 2 years experience in a leadership role in a professional restaurant, ideally with a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen. Although it is more important to have the right attitude and get stuck in fast
* A positive attitude and an ability to work well as part of a team, particularly when under pressure.
