Some of our outstanding company benefits; * Competitive pension scheme(s) * Electric car scheme * Employee discount access * Cycle to work scheme * 25 Days holiday bank holidays * 1pm finish on a Friday As a Trainee Test Technician, you’ll be hands-on from day one, learning from experienced engineers and gaining real-world experience in: * Creating and assembling test fixtures * Working with our SolidWorks CAD software * Preparing aircraft seating components for testing * Running mechanical and electrical tests * Monitoring performance and identifying issues * Fault finding, diagnostics, and problem-solving * Working on a wide range of tasks with a practical, analytical mindset You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our seats meet strict aerospace standards, all while developing skills that form the foundation of a long-term engineering career.
