This role will be instrumental in providing vital support to children within the organization. Position description / Job description Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure holistic support for children. Provide direct services to children and families, including counseling, case management, and advocacy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies. Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to enhance professional development. Network and build relationships with community resources to support families. Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions on relevant topics. Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed. Requirements We're looking for you, if: You hold a relevant social work degree (e.g., BSW, MSW). You have a valid social work license or registration. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You have experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. You demonstrate a strong understanding of child welfare legislation and regulations. You are proficient in using case management software and other relevant technologies. You have experience in working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
