Food Technician
Required for as soon as possible. Scale point: 3 – 4. Actual salary: £11,178 - £11,354. Part time, term time only plus training days. Required Wednesday - Friday.
Macmillan Academy is situated in Middlesbrough on Teesside and was rated good by Ofsted in the most recent inspection. We have over 1500 students on roll, including 300 in Post 16. Our strong reputation for academic success is matched by our desire to provide a holistic education for every student.
Responsibilities
* Provide practical support for the teaching of food within the academy.
* Work three days per week, supporting students in lessons, in addition to food preparation and cleaning within the department.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience of working with students and the possession of a food hygiene certificate would be preferable; full training will be provided.
