MCS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Payroll Administrator to join our client, a thriving accountancy practice, in their Belfast office. The Role
You will have a wide range of duties, such as;
* To administrator the firms payroll bureau for all clients, ensuring deadlines are met
* Assist the payroll supervisor to ensure the payroll bureau runs smoothly
* ensure high level of accuracy and quality at all times
* Liase with both internal and external clients
* opportunities to expand knowledge into other areas such as book-keeping and accounts
The Person
The ideal candidate will be:
* 1-2 years experience Practice or payroll bureau
* knowledge of payroll software
* competent in excel and word
* excellent written and oral communication skills
* ability to prioritise tasks effectively
