Real Estate Lawyer | 3 PQE | Leeds or Remote Working Salary: Competitive Contract: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time The Opportunity This is a genuinely different kind of associate role. Rather than a broad caseload across multiple clients, you'll work as a dedicated resource embedded within a structured delivery model for one of the firm's most significant client relationships. That means deep sector knowledge, strong client relationships, and real clarity around your work — without sacrificing the support, development, and infrastructure of a major national firm. We're looking for two Real Estate lawyers with at least 3 years PQE up to senior level, and the role offers real flexibility: primarily home-based, with at least two days per month in the Leeds office, plus some initial in-person training and occasional visits to meet the client in London. What You'll Be Doing Day-to-day, you'll manage your own caseload under appropriate supervision, with a focus on commercial landlord and lettings work, including: Drafting and negotiating commercial leases — new, renewal, and reversionary Ancillary lettings documents: licences to alter, rent deposit deeds, and similar Responding to tenant due diligence enquiries, liaising with professional advisors Handling letting and management applications (licences to assign, underlettings, deeds of variation, etc.) Managing completion processes, post-completion administration, and billing Supervising junior lawyers and paralegals You'll also have direct client contact, contribute to precedent development and shared best practice, and manage your own financials including WIP, billing, and write-offs. What We're Looking For 3 years PQE in commercial property in England & Wales Someone at the more senior level looking for more flexibility around their work/life balance would also be suited Experience advising institutional landlords is a strong advantage Comfortable managing high-volume, fast-paced workloads in a process-driven environment Confident using legal technology tools and open to embracing new ways of working Strong communicator with a commercial, client-focused mindset Why This Role?
