We’re hiring a Dynamic Creative Account Manager for our teams in Edinburgh, London, Manchester, or Leeds on a hybrid basis.
Purpose of the Role
The manager will develop and lead DCO strategy, setup, and optimisation of personalised advertising and marketing. They will deliver strategic thinking, campaign analysis, and testing to ensure client growth. The manager will lead a team of DCO specialists, oversee strategic planning, and manage campaign outputs. They will also lead new business efforts, including pitches and workshops, and report to the Dynamic Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead briefing, strategy, activation, and optimisation of DCO campaigns.
* Define personalisation roles across channels to boost performance.
* Develop strategic planning and processes for data-driven creative campaigns.
* Lead new business opportunities and stakeholder workshops.
* Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring timely delivery.
* Maintain QA, oversee campaign activation, and report to clients.
* Build and nurture client relationships.
* Draft proposals, scopes of work, and manage financials.
* Manage and develop team members with clear objectives.
Key Skills
* Previous DCO experience at manager level is essential.
