About Our Nursery
Join our team at Busy Bees in St Neots, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 93 children. We focus on supporting each child to be their unique self, with emphasis on confidence and self-esteem. We maintain links with local schools and are building connections with the nearby elderly home to foster community engagement. Located in a quiet area, we offer free parking and flexible working hours (half days to full days, two to five-day weeks).

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee development and wellbeing of children, tracking progress and communicating with parents.
* Act as Key Person, supporting holistic development and personal care for a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience in a Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Nursery Practitioner role is advantageous.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
