🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver structural engineering designs across a range of high-profile projects in the public and private sectors.
* Prepare, review, and present designs, drawings, and calculations.
* Collaborate closely with Senior and Associate Engineers on project delivery and resource planning.
* Support and mentor graduate engineers and technicians.
* Attend site visits and project meetings, contributing technical insight and creative design input.
* Assist in preparing bids and fee proposals, supporting the team’s continued growth.
* Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and internal QMS procedures.
🌱 About You
You’re an ambitious, forward-thinking engineer who’s already on your chartership journey (IStructE or ICE) and eager to continue developing your leadership and project management skills.
You’ll bring:
* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
* Proven experience working in a design-led consultancy environment.
* Strong technical ability with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A passion for sustainable design and architecture.
