We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage and grow our business with Co-Op and Waitrose. This role will be responsible for delivering profitable growth through strong customer relationships, effective joint business planning and best-in-class execution across range, promotions, marketing and availability. You will be the primary point of contact for both retailers, owning the day-to-day relationship, whilst identifying new opportunities to expand distribution and drive brand visibility in store. How you will contribute Transforming Insight into action: Generating and utilizing data-led insights to prioritise category, channel and customer opportunities and plans. Building effective growth strategies with customers: Through alignment to our category vision, implementing revenue growth management levers (pricing, trade terms, promotional investment, mix management, Pack Price Architecture) and a vision for the point of buying. Planning and Executional Excellence : Through leading the JBP, forecasting and monitoring of performance, and great execution of our plans at the point of buying (online and offline). Best in Class Customer Leadership: Through Selling and Influencing, Negotiating and Joint Business Planning. Can sell and negotiate effectively to deliver solutions and results that work for both parties. Able to translate customer needs and broader trends to identify growth opportunities and build aligned solutions for mutual benefit.
