Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised environment
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain records and files, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible
* Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Utilise Google Workspace for collaboration and communication with team members
* Provide clerical support as needed, including typing correspondence and managing schedules
* Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity
Experience
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative duties
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Previous clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy
