Part Time Bookkeeper job in Bath, with on-site parking
Your New CompanyA respected and long established Bath-based charity is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to take ownership of its day-to-day financial operations. This is a flexible part-time role, approximately 15 hours per week.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the organisation by managing:
* Processing and coding supplier invoices
* Raising customer invoices
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Managing petty cash
* Supporting general office administration as required
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Hands-on experience using Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
* Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping role
* Availability to start at short notice
* Openness to a temporary-to-permanent opportunity
* Ability to work 1.5 days per week (approx. 15 hours)
