Compassionate Overnight PA for a Lovely 7-Year-Old Girl Ref: DP8107 Location: Crawley Details This role is to support a Child Drivers licence required: No Hours per week: Overnight support (sleep-in), hours approx. 8–9pm to 7:30am, bank and emergency cover Hourly pay rate: £96 for the night - We are seeking a kind, warm-hearted, and friendly Personal Assistant to offer gentle overnight support to a delightful 7-year-old girl. This is a unique role that centres on providing reassurance and calm during the night, particularly when her mum may need to accompany her sister to hospital. Your presence will bring comfort and stability during moments when the family needs it most. This is a sleeping-night position, typically starting between 8–9pm and finishing around 7:30am. Most evenings will be quiet and peaceful, with your main responsibility simply being there. On some nights you may read a bedtime story and help create a soothing, comforting bedtime routine before settling in for the night. As this role is as and when required, flexibility is essential. You may be called upon at short notice if her sister needs urgent hospital care, as well as being offered additional bank shifts to cover sickness or holidays for the main PA.
