Role: Quality and Clinical Director
Location: North England
Salary: £90,000–£100,000
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Quality and Clinical Director to lead and enhance quality within a respected care organisation.
About the Role:
You will:
* Lead a team of 5 individuals within the quality department
* Be hands-on, visiting care homes 3 days per week to carry out audits, lead on action plans, support CQC inspections, and chair/attend key meetings
* Oversee and drive the implementation of a quality assurance programme with a view to review and renew in the New Year
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience delivering quality improvement at a senior level
* Strong background in social care
* Deep understanding of CQC standards, governance, and regulatory frameworks within the care sector
* Confident, proactive leadership style with an ability to influence and drive change across services
