Our client, is looking for an Accounts Assiatant to join their office in South Woodham Ferrers. Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintaining spreadsheets & online portals for the department • Working with Sales / Purchase ledger • Credit Control • Bank and supplier statement reconciliations • Processing Invoices & Credit notes • Taking care of administrative task, such as correspondence, filing & printing • Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues • Preparation of weekly Supplier payment runs Skills & Requirements: • Strong communication and IT Skills • High level of accuracy • Ability to work well with others • Organisational skills • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information • Experience within a similar position
