Job Description: Provider Network Executive Hong Kong (The Quayside, 77 Hoi Bun Road) Hybrid Working (up to 3 days working from home per week) Permanent Full Time (45 Hours – Monday – Friday 9-6pm) Bupa Global is the international health insurance division of Bupa. The role To provide efficient and effective support for participating providers within Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Mongolia (specified geographic areas).You will manage the relationships between Bupa Global and participating providers within specified geographic areas on a day-to-day basis. You will enhance the provider’s experience of Bupa Global, through educationaland informative, proactive and timely service and be a business champion to ProviderWorld, leading providers through the registration process, ensuring they understand the functionality and can self-serve. The role holder will support the positioning of Bupa Global as the expert in the internationalhealthcare arena and support medical network provider expansion in specified geographicareas. You’ll help us make health happen by Investigating statements of out-standing accounts from participating providers Investigate aged debt queries Resolve claims / payment queries Communicating enrolment details to users Update and maintain records in SWAN systems regarding contracted providers Monitor Provider World (online portal for providers and TPA’s) accounts Produce regular activity and savings reports Conduct inbound & outbound calls relating to general provider queries Build strong relationships with providers Support new product development Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role Experience in the global health insurance market, or transferrable skills and knowledge from other industries. Eg. Life Insurance, Healthcare, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management Experience of a complex and multi-skilled customer facing role within a contact centre setting A track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets Customer focussed Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Time Type: Full time Job Area: Delivery and Operations Locations: The Quayside
