A leading and high growth global private equity firm is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join its Corporate Affairs team in London.
This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering exceptional internal and external events across EMEA, combining strategic input with flawless execution.
You will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, managing the full event lifecycle—from concept through delivery and post-event analysis—ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and brand consistency.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of in-person and hybrid events
* Partner with senior stakeholders on agenda design, messaging, and speaker strategy
* Manage multiple workstreams with strong prioritisation and attention to detail
* Drive innovation and elevate event experiences
* Own budgets, cost control, and post-event reporting
* Oversee vendor selection, RFP processes, and contract negotiation
* Collaborate with production and technology teams to enhance engagement
* Support on-site execution and stakeholder management
Requirements
* Strong experience in corporate event management including experience in the Financial Services sector (experience in private equity, investment banking, investment management is an advantage)
* Strong network of venues and suppliers across London and EMEA
* Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
* Experience managing complex, high-profile events
* Strong budgeting and financial control skills
* Proficiency in Cvent (essential)
* Willingness to travel as required
