Support Care Administrator, Belfast, £13 per hour, immediate start

A charitable organisation based in Belfast is recruiting for a temporary Supporter Care Administrator.
Your new role
This role will involve processing donations from several areas. Duties include:
1. Inputting data as directed into the Raiser’s Edge Database.
2. Outputting an Excel spreadsheet to create a data file for mail merges.
3. Using mail-merge to produce, print letters, and pack for mailing out.
4. Making up bank lodgements and completing associated paperwork as directed.
What you'll need to succeed
Working experience using a database – proficient and experienced in data entry and able to pick up a new database quickly.
Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail (the post holder will be required to make up bank lodgements).
Extensive experience with all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience of using Microsoft Word to create mail merges.
Highly adaptable and able to learn tasks quickly.
Desirable criteria include:
* Experience of working in fundraising.
* Experience of using a fundraising database.
