Electrical Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £45-47k
Shift Pattern: 3 on 4 off (days and nights rotation), 8-day break every 8 weeks
Very generous package including:
1. 15% Pension
2. Overtime paid at time and three quarters

You will never work Saturday evenings
This role is site-based, working for a global organization in Lisburn. My client, one of the most successful and well-known brands in the world, is seeking an Electrical bias Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for their state-of-the-art facility in Lisburn. You'll play pivotal roles in ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective maintenance of operating equipment, repair, identifying reliability issues, root cause problem-solving, and improvement of assets, their availability, and the usage of energy and water across site.
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be actively involved in the following tasks:
1. Accountable to ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are carried out at the defined frequency and completed to the required standard to ensure downtime is minimized.
2. Responsible for supporting installation, commissioning, and testing within the area as the need arises, you'll work closely with and coach operators, engineers, and team leaders to perform autonomous maintenance tasks, machine set-ups optimization and support growth in equipment capability as required.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following skills & experience:
* You must have completed a formal Electrical engineering apprenticeship, ideally within an industrial/manufacturing industry.
* FMCG/Packaging industry experience preferred.
* You must have experience in planned maintenance strategies (PPM) and have a strong focus towards continuous improvement and attention to detail.
