Facilities & Compliance Coordinator
Part Time Position:
Orion is collaborating with a specialist engineering business, specialising in the design and build of bespoke automation solutions for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing. With projects that demand the highest standards of safety, precision, and compliance, they are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities & Compliance Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day running of their new facility. This is a part-time role, so the company are interested in contractors and part-time employees.
This hands-on role combines responsibility for health & safety compliance, building management, and workshop organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring our site operates smoothly, legally, and efficiently, supporting a team of engineers who deliver complex, safety-critical projects to world-class clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Facilities & Compliance Coordinator
1. Oversee facilities management over the workshop and office space, supporting the smooth delivery of engineering projects.
2. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including insurance renewals, fire risk assessments, and health & safety standards.
