5. Is innovative and able to offer high quality learning opportunities and EYFS provision
6. Has high expectations of themselves and others and are committed to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
7. Is willing to contribute fully to school life and have the drive and determination to contribute to whole school developments
8. Is committed to ongoing professional development
9. Is able to build good working relationships with children, colleagues, parents and carers
