HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
1. Scientific Investigator: Conduct scientific research and stay current with the state-of-the-art (SotA). Contribute actively to research advancements.
2. Technology Developer: Create new "techno bricks"—building blocks for future products—by turning research concepts into technological components.
3. Collaborator and Communicator: Engage with internal stakeholders and build networks with academic institutions and start-ups for collaboration opportunities.
4. Problem Solver & Innovator: Tackle complex multi-physical problems, designing products considering multiple physical constraints using advanced techniques like mixed-fidelity models and automation.
5. IP Guardian: Assist in securing the company's intellectual property through collaboration with the IP team.
6. Mentor: Supervise and guide students, sharing knowledge and developing future talent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
* High experience and knowledge in Multiphysics methodologies & solvers (e.g., CFD, acoustics, thermal, electromagnetism, structure).
* Proficiency in Python and/or C, with experience in 3D or 0D/1D modelling and scientific software (e.g., Simulink, Freefem, Dolphin).
* Strong background in numerical analysis and optimization techniques.
* Ph.D. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
* Ability to translate complex user problems into formal computational problems.
