Working within our Commercial Motor Claims Team, you'll be answering calls from our customers and Third Parties reporting their motor claims. The types of claims typically received in the department include accident claims, personal injury claims resulting from road traffic incidents, and property damage due to collisions. Each claim is unique, providing variety in your work.
At AXA, we promote flexible working, empowering our staff to balance their time between home and the office in a way that suits them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week remotely, moving to predominantly remote work from September 2025.
What you’ll be doing
* Answering calls from customers and brokers regarding motor claims.
* Ensuring each customer feels valued and supported, providing personalized and accurate information based on your training and expertise.
* Managing your own caseload.
* Collaborating effectively with your team.

Induction & Training
Start date: Monday 16th June 2025. You will undergo a structured onsite training programme for a minimum of 8 weeks with our specialist trainers. After training, you'll transition to a hybrid working model, working at least 40% remotely from our Haverhill office. We support your professional growth with extensive training opportunities and development resources.
