Looking for a flexible role that fits perfectly around school hours? My client is on the hunt for a proactive Finance Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a part-time role with a great balance of office and remote work, offering variety and autonomy. What You ll Be Doing:
* Order processing and dispatch coordination
* Handling customer queries (sometimes in other languages confidence using Google Translate is a plus!)
* Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you'll assist with accounting tasks such as raising invoices, credit notes and finance queries from a dedicated inbox.
What We re Looking For:
* A self-starter who can hit the ground running as this role is deadline driven
* Someone confident working independently within a 12-hour week
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Someone happy to come in once per month for a team meeting
* Some finance experience and knowledge of systems and Excel
