The Opportunity
The Supply Register is seeking a passionate and linguistically skilled Teacher of Spanish to join the Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department at Tudor Grange Academy Worcester.

Key Responsibilities
* Spanish Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE)
* Cultural Enrichment: Integrate cultural awareness into the curriculum
* Curriculum Development: Work within the Trusts MFL framework
* Assessment: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare Year 11 students for their upcoming summer examinations
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
* Language Proficiency: Near-native or high-level fluency in Spanish.
* Classroom Management: Proven ability to engage students and maintain high standards of behaviour.
