Job Description
We're looking for a fun & passionate full-time Evening Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at MAM London, part of Novotel London Blackfriars.
Shift Details
* Shifts typically run between 3pm/4pm – 11:30pm/1.00am
* Weekend availability is essential and full flexibility across the week is required

* Have the passion for customer service and hospitality
* Have great communication and customer relationship skills

Duties
* Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
* Meet and greet the customers
* Lead the team during your shift and ensure a smooth and seamless service for all customers
* Develop your team to ensure they reach the hotel objectives

Salary
£15.04 per hour + monthly service charge
