Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Salary: Up to £85,000
Neulinx have partnered with a fast-growing B2B SaaS product company to hire an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their engineering team at an important stage of growth.
This is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who enjoys building high-quality product features, taking ownership of complex systems, and influencing technical direction through strong engineering practice rather than people management.
You’ll work closely with the CTO and Principal Engineer in a small, highly capable team, helping to design, build and scale a modern, multi-tenant SaaS platform used by enterprise customers.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing and delivering complex features across the full stack, with a focus on scalability, security and maintainability
* Taking end-to-end ownership of areas of the platform, from design through to production
* Contributing to architectural decisions around event-driven systems and SaaS scaling patterns
* Writing high-quality code and providing thoughtful, senior-level code reviews
* Working closely with engineering leadership to refine requirements and make pragmatic technical decisions
* Leveraging AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day workflow
What they’re looking for
* 8+ years’ experience building production-grade SaaS products
* Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
* Solid full-stack background, with professional experience using React or Angular
* Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis or MongoDB
* Comfortable working in cloud-native, event-driven environments (AWS preferred)
* A product mindset, strong ownership, and the confidence to influence technical direction
Nice to have
* Exposure to AI or LLM-based systems
* Experience with data or analytics pipelines
