As a key part of their operations, you’ll provide essential administrative support to their Financial Advisers, helping to ensure a seamless experience for our clients across pensions and investment services. Your precision and client-focused mindset will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service.
Financial Services Administrator Responsibilities
6. Delivering end-to-end administrative support to our advisers
7. Maintaining accurate client records using our CRM systems (XPLAN/360)
8. Preparing client documentation and correspondence
9. Handling new business submissions and ongoing transactions (e.g., fund switches, income withdrawals)
10. Coordinating with providers to track and progress applications
11. Keeping clients informed throughout their journey
12. Managing Letters of Authority and following up as needed
Skills & Experience
13. Proven experience in a Financial Services administration role
14. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
15. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
16. Clear and confident communication skills
17. A collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity
