Leading regional law firm recruiting into Dispute Resolution team in Sussex Our client is looking to grow their Dispute Resolution team with the addition of a junior to mid level Solicitor. The team focuses on complex high-end work, similar to that afforded to city firms, for a range of large and mid-sized corporate clients. You should have experience of advising clients (both claimants and defendants) on a broad range of commercial disputes. You should also have the ability to conduct your own caseload with limited supervision and support those in the current team on more complex matters. There is a particular opportunity to work with a Partner and some of the team in high profile and high value follow-on damage competition claims. As such, you will have the chance to work in collaboration with a magic-circle law firm on a major high -profile piece of litigation. Also, you will deal with a range of disputes including breach of contract, negligence, competition, fraud, defamation, IP and insolvency. This role offers the prospect of immediate exposure to high quality work alongside a team of outstanding Lawyers.
