Aim: To provide the highest standards of customer service in a quick & efficient manner. Objectives: Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation as laid out in hotel till procedures, policies To have a welcoming and friendly approach and uphold the standards set To be highly motivated and show initiative To have excellent communication and computer skill To liase with other departments in an efficient manner To ensure effective operation of the switchboard To assist the head receptionist in the smooth running of the front of house department To be able to show attention to detail To order and store stock required in a timely and efficient manner Adhere to all company policies and rules To observe all requirements under Health & Safety at Work Act 1989 To provide mentoring in areas of responsibility To up hold the standards and reputation of the Hotel at all times Any other duties as required
Responsibilities
* Day to Day operation of a busy Reception Desk
* Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation as laid out in hotel till procedures, policies

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* 4 GCSEs (or equivalent)
* Fluent English in order to converse effectively with guests
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience in a previous role
