Programme Manager (Ecommerce)
Hybrid in London
Long term Contract role
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of a large-scale eCommerce transformation programme from inception through execution.
* Define and manage program governance, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
* Oversee multiple parallel project streams (Magento, mobile apps, integrations) ensuring alignment and effective dependency management.
* Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and third-party vendors.
* Manage program budgets, resource planning, financial tracking, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 15+ years of program/project management experience with a strong focus on digital and eCommerce transformation.
* Proven track record delivering Adobe Magento Commerce implementations.
* Hands-on experience managing Android & iOS mobile application delivery.
* Experience managing multi-million-pound programmes and large distributed teams.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and conflict resolution.
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
