Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: East Midlands, Derbyshire, Fairfield

Salary: £90 - £110 Per day
Job Duties:
* Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
* Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored educational activities
* Providing one-to-one support for students with specific learning difficulties
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with personal care and mobility needs of students with SEN
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
* Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Education:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN and different learning needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
* Training in Manual Handling
Working Conditions:
* Full-time position with regular school hours
* Work within a supportive educational environment
* Potential exposure to challenging behaviours and personal care requirements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
