Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are well-maintained, and drivers are following company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure the fleet is in good working condition at all times - Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs - Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs - Ensure all vehicles are properly licensed and insured - Develop and implement fleet safety policies and procedures - Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and equipment - Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and training as needed - Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers - Negotiate and secure competitive pricing for vehicle maintenance and repairs - Prepare and maintain reports on fleet performance and costs - Assist with the recruitment and training of new drivers - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Requirements: - Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures - Familiarity with fleet management software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Knowledge of health and safety regulations - Valid driver's license If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for fleet management and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
