Premier Placement Services are currently recruiting for a Part-time Accounts and Purchasing Assistant for our prestigious client based in Middlewich, Cheshire.
Shifts: 09:30 - 14:30, Tuesday to Thursday.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
This role involves:

Process supplier invoices and payments using Sage Line 50.
*
Maintain up-to-date supplier accounts monthly.
*
Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures.
*
Support financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation.
*
* Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure authorisation/documentation.
*
* Track orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in accounting and/or purchasing roles.
*
Proficient with Sage Line 50
*
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and procurement practices.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
