Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Commission
We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Advisor to join our fast‑paced, customer‑focused team based in Dunstable. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service while supporting a high‑performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and book customer appointments
* Take deposits securely over the phone
* Follow up on leads and customer enquiries
* Assist with finance applications
* Respond promptly to customer emails
* Handle queries and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records
* Provide day‑to‑day support to the sales team
What We're Looking For:
* Strong and confident telephone manner
* Comfortable handling customer payments and deposits
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment
* Excellent organisational and IT skills
* Previous experience in mortgage, finance, or similar advisory/sales roles is highly desirable
* Motor trade experience is a bonus, but not essential
