Duties
* Actively manage daily workshop operations and ensure high levels of productivity.
* Manager and support a team of technicians, ensuring work is complete to high standards
* Deliver excellent customer service, handling enquiries, bookings and issues professionally.
* Support part ordering & supplier management.
* Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company processes and health & safety standards.
* Drive sales, meet targets and maximise profitability.
We are looking for someone who has
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the motor industry ideally within a garage repair facility.
* Strong background in vehicle maintenance.
* A Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Able to manage staff, workloads and priorities effectively.
* Commercially aware, with the ability to spot opportunities for sales and improvements.
* A natural leader who can motivate and support a busy workshop team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
