An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Health Care Support Worker working as part of the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team within Caithness. The base for this post is negotiable between Dunbar Hospital, Thurso and Town & County Hospital, Wick.
The role holder will work to maintain individuals in their own community. You will possess good communication and personal skills, time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work alone and on your own initiative while still being a team player. You must be adaptable, self‑motivated and able to respond to challenges.
You will need to have the ability to travel effectively and efficiently. A driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available; however, candidates should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
This is a full‑time permanent post of 36 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with service requirements.
