Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial viability assessments in line with planning policy and RICS guidance.
• Undertake Red Book valuations, primarily focused on land and Section 106 housing.
• Advise on affordable housing strategy, including tenure mix and delivery approaches.
• Support negotiations on planning obligations, including Section 106 agreements.
Essential Requirements:
• Proven experience in development viability, affordable housing consultancy, or valuation.
• Strong understanding of RICS Financial Viability in Planning Guidance and UK planning policy.
• Experience using Argus Developer and Excel-based appraisal models.
