Job Title: Public Health Practitioner - Community Development S alary: £37,036 - £39513 per annum 35 Hours per Week Location: Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT and countywide travel Team: Public Health Permanent We are seeking a passionate and skilled Public Health Practitioner to join our innovative and award-winning Public Health team in Worcestershire. This role will focus on expanding our Place-based Neighbourhood Development work, supporting community-led initiatives and shaping grant-funded projects that improve residents’ health and wellbeing. You’ll be out in our communities, working closely with local residents, partners, councillors, Primary Care Networks, and voluntary community sector organisations to deliver impactful public health outcomes. With a focus on genuine and meaningful engagement and strategic coordination, we need a practitioner-level professional who brings expertise, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to evidence-based approaches.
