We are looking for a highly organised senior account manager to manage some of our key client accounts.
You will work with our content creation teams to deliver the very best for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to develop or further their career in this dynamic, quirky and fun industry. Specific technology knowledge is not required.

Your duties as a marketing account manager will include
Manage a portfolio of key clients
Develop strategic marketing plans
Covering client management operations
Expertly create and execute campaigns
Lead content creation including copywriting and manage creative colleagues for the production of media assets
Maintain a general analysis of competitors in the market.
Mentoring junior colleagues
Skills and Experience required
A minimum of 3 years' experience in client relationship management (agency or in-house)
Demonstrable experience of planning and executing campaigns at a senior level.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience using online tools such as
Exceptionally well-organised
Strong management skills – both for clients and internal teams
Fantastic presentation skills
Strategic thinking
Salary and reward package:
Salary circa £40,000 to £46,000 depending on skills and experience

This is a hybrid role but must be able to attend our offices in Tunbridge Wells at least two days a week and more frequently only during onboarding and probation period.
