Hours: Part Time - 30 hours
Including Weekend Work.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism.
* Help with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, cooking and general household tasks
* Participate in hobbies, supporting with social engagements and enabling our people to live their best life
* Administer medication as required
* Complete daily care plans
* Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults’ rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect
The Person
* Previous experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous
* You will be passionate about making a difference
* Have the ability to adapt to difficult situations
* Possess a positive and caring nature
* Be energetic and understanding
* Display a good sense of humour
