Quality Systems Manager Our client, a leading Manufacturing company based in the Dungannon area are looking for a Quality Systems Manager to join their team Job Duties Update and Maintain the Quality Management System and Procedures Manual in-line with BRCGS requirements and customers codes of Practice Effectively manage the Quality System including HAACP, TACCP, VACCP & RSPO Complete Risk assessments as and when required for QMS Maintain Internal Audit System schedule and co-ordinate close out of the NCF's to ensure they are closed out according to the agreed timeframe. Close out any NCF's that may relate to the QMS. Manage and co-ordinate Customer complaints system on site. Ensuring all customer complaints are closed out according to the agreed timeframe. Maintaining document control for the QMS. Close out customer audits/queries Complete weekly KPI'S for the management meeting Active member of the Technical Team and key member of co-ordinating customer audits Setting up reporting and trending systems for Internal NCF's, Supplier NCF's, Customer Complaints, Root Cause Analysis etc Co-Ordinate Monthly Quality Meetings, HACCP Meetings and Annual HACCP and AGM, record minutes and ensure minutes are closed out by the relevant parities. AOB requested by TM Essential Criteria: 2-3 years experience in a Senior Food Quality role Good working knowledge of Quality Systems Strong understanding of HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies.
