About the Role
Join a collaborative team shaping the future of legal technology. As a Legal Data Discovery and Enrichment Expert II, you'll apply your legal expertise to support the development of AI-powered legal solutions. You'll contribute to projects that improve legal data quality, model evaluation, and product innovation.
You'll begin by working closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more independent responsibilities. This role is ideal for legal professionals interested in alternative career paths that blend law, technology, and innovation.

Responsibilities
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support AI development.
* Provide clear, actionable feedback to cross-functional teams.
* Create and maintain high-quality training data and evaluation sets.
* Promote responsible and ethical AI practices.
* Collaborate with global teams and contribute to internal presentations.
Requirements:
* A legal qualification (LLB, PGDL, or equivalent).
* Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent legal experience.
* Strong legal research and writing skills.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work in agile environments.
* Interest in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing (prior experience is a plus, not a requirement).
* Proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
