Job Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Office Admin Intern to support our People and Operations functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, office administration, and employee engagement within a dynamic and fast-paced media environment.
You will support the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as onboarding, employee records, and policy administration, while also assisting with general office coordination and employee communications. This role will give you valuable exposure to HR systems (HiBob), office management, and the opportunity to see how a growing global business supports its people and culture.
Job Responsibilities
* Support the HR team with onboarding new starters, including contracts, induction prep, and system setup.
* Assist in maintaining accurate employee records in HiBob.
* Help coordinate office administration tasks, including supplies, meeting room bookings, and general workplace organisation.
* Provide support for HR processes such as performance reviews, goal tracking, and employee communications.
* Assist with internal initiatives such as wellbeing, inclusion, and team events.
* Support day-to-day admin tasks as required by the People and Operations teams.
Skills and Experience
* Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
* A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to learn.
