PURPOSE OF ROLE
To provide general agency and administrative support to the Partner based in Taunton dealing with commercial property and land transactions.
This is a key role which will support the Head of the Taunton team to deliver first class service to our clients. Your proactive approach will ensure that client enquiries are followed up promptly. In developing your knowledge of our local market, you will be able to add value by seeking out opportunities to sell our services to existing and potential clients.
You need not have prior agency-specific experience to apply, as we will support you with a full training programme upon appointment, although previous experience within the property industry would be advantageous.
We are open to applications for candidates wishing to work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time working. Please talk to us at interview stage about the flexibility that would work for you, and we will explore what is possible for the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Undertake viewings at various commercial properties across the area and occasionally further afield.
2. Undertake inspections taking measurements, photos and notes.
