Oasis Property Stays is looking for a Remote Assistant Reservations Manager to help handle guest bookings and day-to-day communications. This is a flexible, work-from-home role designed to take pressure off the business owner. The scope of the role covers all core reservations tasks, but responsibility may be shared at times depending on workload. You must therefore be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with the owner on key decisions. Key responsibilities include: Chasing ID and damage deposits for upcoming bookings. Sending check-in instructions to all guests before 3pm on their arrival day and ensuring apartments are ready. Processing last-minute bookings immediately as they come in (collecting deposits/ID, confirming details, and sending check-in instructions). Responding promptly to guest queries across booking platforms, email, phone, and WhatsApp. Providing rates and quotes to potential guests. Escalating only important issues (e.g. pricing approvals, disputes, deductions) to the business owner. Details: £12.50/hour (flexible depending on experience) Zero-hours contract (workload will vary week to week) Fully remote / work from home Immediate start We’re looking for someone who: Is organised, reliable, and quick to respond. Communicates clearly and professionally. Can learn booking systems (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Little Hotelier – training provided). Can take ownership of tasks while respecting that some decisions stay with the owner. This role offers flexibility — some weeks will be busier than others — and the exact split of responsibilities can be adjusted as the business grows. The goal is to build reliable support that reduces day-to-day workload while keeping strategy and key decisions with the owner.
